Esquire is a luxury apartment building in leafy Hawthorn East, opposite Auburn train station. Its aesthetic draws on timeless fashion, a nod to the area's heritage and boutique retail. The brand is expressed through the minimal monogram and classic black-and-white photography, paired with classic textures like leather and uncoated paper for the marketing material.
